  Daily Writing Assignments for week of June 1st-June 9th

 Please try to write your assignments in a journal or notebook and save it for me to look at!

You need to write everyday while you are home.

Monday June 1st-Write your letters  Aa-Zz upper and lower case, write your sightwords 3 times each,- Can you write one of these words in a sentence?  We went down to the river for just a little while.  Draw a picture.

Tuesday June 2nd-Draw a picture of  one of your friends.  I like to ____________________ with my friend.

Wednesday June 3rd-  Have you ever helped anyone in your family do something? Please write this sentence. I can help my _______________________________   _______________________________.

(examples. I can help my mom sweep the floor. I can help my dad was the car.  I can help my grandma wash the dishes.  I can help my brother rake the leaves. I can help my sister put away her toys.)

Thursday June 4th- What vehicle do you know how to ride?  I can ride a __________________________. (scooter,skateboard, bicycle)  Draw a picture. Take a pcicture of it and send it to me on class dojo.

Friday June 5th   Which book did you like the most this week? I  liked

___________________________because__________________.

June 8th What is something you liked to do in First Grade?

Example I want to __________________________in First Grade because ________________________. Draw a picture to match the sentence.

June 9th-Happy Last Day of Kindergarten!

1. Go outside and blow bubbles, write your sightwords using chalk, have someone video you counting to 120.  Read  a book on reading a-z or smarty ants and record your voice!

Have someone send me pictures of your writing!  I can't wait to see how great you did during our time away. Send pictures of the pictures you are drawing!
