  Daily Writing Assignments for week of May 18th-May 22nd

 Please try to write your assignments in a journal or notebook and save it for me to look at!

You need to write everyday while you are home.

Monday May 18th-Write your letters  Aa-Zz upper and lower case, write your sightwords 3 times each,-down,do,just,little,only,went Can you write one of these words in a sentence?  We went down to the river for just a little while.  Draw a picture.

Tuesday May 19th-Curious George Makes Pancakes.  What kind of pancakes do you like?

   2. Write,  I  like ____________________ pancakes (chocolate chip, plain, blueberry, buttery)

Wednesday May 20th-Draw a picture a cat.  Describe the cat.  My cat is ____________________(black, gray, yellow) 

Thursday May 21st-  What steps can someone follow to make pancakes? What would you need to do 1st?2nd? and 3rd?

 Write it out and take a picture. What ingredients do you need?

Friday May 22nd-     Which book did you like the most this week? I  liked

___________________________because__________________.

Bonus Sentence***What is something you had to work really hard at to learn?
