• The LaSalle Prep Physical Education Department is encouraging all of our students to keep their bodies and minds healthy throughout this time away from school.  Our website lists several activities that can be performed indoors and outdoors.  We would like you to keep an exercise log of activities you are doing on a weekly basis.  You may include weekends as well.  Exercise logs are a great way to track your fitness over a period of time.  Remember, we use similar fitness charts in the weight room at school.  Keep in mind that 60 minutes of physical activity is recommended on a daily basis, however, we understand that may not be possible during these times.  Most importantly, have fun and do activities that you enjoy!

    If you have access and the capability, please attach your exercise log and send through Office 365 Teams or Email every 2 weeks (5/25 to 6/5).
