    For information on the 40 week marking period please click on the calendar tab to the right, select the date, and follow the instructions or links contained in the description.  We will be using the website emathinstruction.com to complete our last unit.  This site is free to use, and it has lessons, homework, and video lessons on the material contained in each lesson. Please make sure you have access to your Texas Instruments graphing calculator as it is essential for this unit. If not please click on the graphing calculator information tab to the right and download one for free!

     

     I am sharing with you a directive from our superintendent, Mark Laurrie, concerning a change to the district's grading procedure for the current 40 week marking period. 

    NFCSD NEW 40 WEEK GRADING POLICY for Spring 2020

     

    The school district’s new grading policy for the 2019-2020 40-week marking period per superintendent Mr. Mark Laurrie is as follows:

     

    P (passing) for grades 65-84 or F (failing) Below 65

    I (incomplete) for work that is not acceptable and/or would normally receive a score below 65.

    So for the 40 week marking period, you will see number grades in power school for MATH CLASS as normal, but your final grades will be converted to either  P,  F or I.
