• Chair Exercises for Seniors

    at CEC Building

     

    Strength and tone training for abs, legs and arms, all done while sitting.  Improves balance and mobility.  Plus, a different, safe and fun way for seniors to exercise.  The program uses elastic bands or you may bring your own weights.
