In our classroom we try to create an environment that encourages our students to use a growth mindset. A growth mindset can be found among highly successful individuals. It encourages students to view challenges, setbacks, mistakes and success as opportunities to grow. It teaches students to analyze, learn and make improvements in their skills, abilities, and behaviors. Here are some common phrases to encourage a growth mindset of thinking:
